Not sure what to say?

Over the years, I worked for Jim and Jim worked for me in CRPD. Jim was a Cops Cop and somebody that always had your back. I spent many a night on surveillance with Jim making countless numbers of arrests while working in the streets and alleys of Detroit. Jim will always be remembered as a dedicated Police Officer and friend, who held the respect of his fellow Law Enforcement Brothers. R.I.P my friend.

To Jim's family: Please accept our most sincere condolences. I have fond memories of Jim and am honored to have known him. He was a fine man and excellent investigator. We spent many hours together at the Pennsylvania State Police Academy in training and meetings while with Conrail PD.
