Our condolences to Carol, Nancy and the entire Becker family. Bill was our next door neighbor in Harrisburg. He was a wonderful neighbor and friend. I first met Bill in 1984, when I accidentally drove thru my garage door. Bill and Carol was so helpful to our young family. He played a great guitar and was a quick wit.
