Not sure what to say?

I met Clarence at a Bayou Classic meeting. we have been friends since. Clarence, You are missed. God is happy with you as his DJ. He wants You to play "2nd Line". RIP my friend

I remember Clarence from high school. We had a bad called Rare Image, and he really dug out music so he wanted to try out. All he had to do was ask. We were looking for a trombone player and he played the valve trombone. We had a lot of good times. It was a really nice dude. I spoke to him once as an adult, few years ago. We talked about hooking up but never got the chance. That's why I wish you seize opportunities as they come. Rest in power my brother.

Deepest sympathy to the family. I was his last leader at State Farm before retirement, even thou it was only a short time- I knew the value he brought to the company, his family and his friends. Rest in Peace. May happy memories comfort the family.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

My Condolences to the Bertrand Family. I will miss my friend Clarence he taught me so much about life he always found a positive way to deal with a negative situation he always had a smile on his face when he would see you. We had some good times with the parties, Cars, Dancing C Bert was in the center of it all. I´m missing you my Friend until we meet again

We are truly sorry about Clarence's death. May you find strength in the many happy times you have shared with him.

My deepest condolences the Bertrand family. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Clarence and I connected through State Farm, many, many years ago. His presence will be missed in this world.

My deepest condolences to the Bertrand family. Clarence was always kind and genuine. He will be missed.

I´m so sorry to learn of the passing of this great man! I knew Clarence from Xavier and because he saw something in me and reached out to me, when he was pledging Alpha Phi Omega, it made my college years the best they could have ever been. From the sounds of the obit, it appears he remained that same beautiful soul I remember and loved. Eternal rest to you old friend, and I pray for the strength and comfort of the Bertrand family and friends. Emma Barnett-Moore Spring, TX XULA Class of 1983
