You probably don't know me. My name is Pattie Brasher Young. Clarence (Tommy) is my first cousin. We lived just a mile or so from his family. I pictured their home and farm in my mind when I read the obituary. I knew well his family and Uncle Clarence and Aunt Relia. I was saddened to hear of Tommy's death. I did not learn about it until it was too late to attend his funeral. For which I am sorry.

Wow! Looking at the picture in the obituary was just like looking at a picture of Clarence's (Tom's) dad. Even though we wouldn't be remembered by most of the family, we were good friends with Clarence and Reila when we all lived in Murray. The only children at home were probably Wayne and Arthur. I worked with Tom for several years in the insurance industry and remained in contact for a number of years. He was a very loving and giving man, sharing his beautiful gladiolus with everyone, his garden items and especially his friendship.
To Stephanie and children, you have been blessed with Tom's love and he has created many wonderful memories for you to share and help you to heal in the difficult times ahead.

My thoughts and prayers are with you all today. I remember all the help Tom gave me in mastering what became my career. I considered Tom a very special friend and have a great many fond memories of him and his family. My love to all of you; go with God, Tom.
