Not sure what to say?

He was a wonderful person who contributed so much to the betterment of our city. He was a good friend.

May you rest in peace, you great gentleman.

Everyone from Tripps Restaurant sends our deepest condolences. We will miss Curly and our thoughts and prayers are with the family.

So sorry to hear of Curley's passing.
He built my first house on Five Forks Road in the Thoroughgood Development in 1957.
This was the second house built on Five Forks Road.
Curley was an honest builder and am sure that he will be missed.

I had the privilege and honor of working for Mr. Byler (Curley) for 8 years and witnessing his daily work ethics and his loving relationship with his children and grandchildren. Only this amazing man could have led this amazing life and will be remembered by so many whose lives he has touched. May his soul rest in peace until we see him again.

Curly, your light will be forever in my heart, your beautiful smile forever etched in my memory. Thank you for so many years of special times in my life . I miss you my sweet man! And so..... Like the song you love says, "Go rest high on that mountain, son your work on earth is done .....Go to heaven a shouting, love for the father and the son.'

A 10 year business partnership with Curly gave my dad a great friend and me a mentor for 35 years. Curly was a man of integrity whose handshake was better than any contract. Gary, Kathy, and David your dad was true gift and he will be missed.

Love and blessings to the Byler family.

We have lost a blessed friend, Heaven has gained a humble giant in service for human kind. Our prayers and thoughts are with my friends, Kathrine, Gary, David and the entire Byler Nation. .......Pastor Aaron Wheeler Sr.
