Not sure what to say?

I am the youngest daughter of Virgil L. Baker ("Cotton Baker") of Poplar Bluff, Missouri and the former wife of Kenneth E. ("Gene") Probasco of Phoenix, Arizona. Your father specifically told Jim Siegfried and the office manager of Dietrich, Davis, Rowlands & Schmidt to hire me because I was from "Poplar Bluff" in the late 1960s. I was employed by the firm on three different occasions spanning a period of approximately five years. I have many fond memories of my years at the...

My sincerest condolence to Clarence's family. I met Clarence years ago at a firm Christmas party the year one of the firm's staff and I married. Many years later, my path crossed Kent's resulting from our fraternal affiliations. During ensuing conversations with Kent I learned how much he loved and respected his father. It was normal for Kent to keep me apprised of his father's health. I know Clarence is keeping an eye on his family even now.

Clarence Dicus was a man of honor, decency and integrity. I was glad to have known him through my long-time friend, his son Kent Dicus. His passing leaves a hole that cannot be filled, but memories of a great man will be cherished forever.

I am so sorry for your loss. I am a friend of Melanie and Amy in Vail and I know they are very proud of their grandfather.

In remembrance of an extraordinary man. A "lawyer's lawyer" who demonstrated exceptional compassion and decisiveness with every client encounter.
