I went to grammar school with Clarence and his sister Carrie. I often saw him in uniform in later years. I´m praying that the Lord will comfort his family in their mourning.

I´ve known Clarence since he was four years old. Cutest little guy on the block. Worked with him in JCPD. Wonderful man who will be sorely missed. God rest your soul Clarence.
