Clarence Jones, a resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, passed away Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at Lane Memorial Medical Center in Zachary, Louisiana.  He was born January 11, 1961 in New Orleans, Louisiana to the late Patricia Ann Jones-Pointe, and Clarence Harrison Sr.  He is survived by his brother Johnnie James Jones (Nancy), sister, Allison Brunetta Jones-Robertson, and brother Patrick Allen Jones Harris(Emma) 2 Aunts, Donna J. Carter and Martha Cockerham, and his nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins and devoted friends.  Clarence is preceded in death by his parents, maternal and paternal grandparents, and brother-in-law.

MY FRIEND, MY FRIEND I NEVER THOUGHT IT WOULD BE THIS SOON, I THINK BACK TO THE DAY WE TOLD EACH OTHER STORIES OF LIFE, AND WHEN I STARTED SINGING MY HYMES YOU WAS LOOKING AT ME CRAZY.
