Clarence knew me as Louis Holman or Lou. He hired me to work at Metropolitan when I was a junior in high school and I worked with him throughout my college years during the summer months. He taught me how to be a great worker, how to get a job accomplished and not do a half done job. How to complete a task. How to search for the answer without calling someone else to help you unless it was absolutely necessary. He would always tell me "boy stop playing we got work to do". He was a black man...
