Not sure what to say?

Working for Clarence Don't Turn Nobody Down McCants was the greatest experience

in memoryam

Clarence knew me as Louis Holman or Lou. He hired me to work at Metropolitan when I was a junior in high school and I worked with him throughout my college years during the summer months. He taught me how to be a great worker, how to get a job accomplished and not do a half done job. How to complete a task. How to search for the answer without calling someone else to help you unless it was absolutely necessary. He would always tell me "boy stop playing we got work to do". He was a black man...

Cynthia and family,
So sorry to hear of your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I didn't know him but I sure remember his commercials for Metropolitan Furniture on AM radio! He was a part of Charleston history! My condolences to the family. He will be missed!

Continuing to pray for the family.

Mr. MCcants will always be remembered for the saying Don't turn nobody down. It is a part of my family's history, along with Dedex, and Edwards five and ten.
"REST IN PEACE "

So sorry for your loss -
