Mr. McClain was my Boss IBES. GREAT FRIEND, HE'S TRULY MISSED. Learned so much from him He was a BOSS!!! PERIOD.

I always respected Clarence, and have some praise for him in "Harold Washington and the Civil Rights Legacy."

To Clarence McClain's family: Please know that there are many of us who worked with your dad for years and had we known of his death in time we would most certainly have wanted to be there with you. Condolences on the loss of this unique and talented man.

So sorry for your loss. May the words at John11:25 and 26 be of comfort to the family.
