I can remember this "uniformed" individual walking up and down the streets of Woodbury marking tires and writing tickets. My first time that I got to know Clarence was on the "streets". Which was many years ago. since that time we knew one another as brothers in uniform. May each and every one remember the good times that we had. Keep his memory alive.
