Mrs. Clarice Daphne Lyons Neal, 90, of 1407 Custer Street, (formerly of 22 Spring Street), a life-long resident of Petersburg, Va., passed away on Thursday, April 10, 2014. She was a member of St. Stephen?s Episcopal Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Herman Neal and her parents, Leroy and Eunice A. Lyons.

Clarice is survived by her daughter, Daphne Harris-Jones; grandchildren, Tanya A. Harris (Leon) and Eric D. Jones; four great grandchildren; devoted caretaker, Lois Thompson, and a host of cousins and friends to cherish her memory.

Graveside service for Mrs. Clarice Daphne Lyons Neal will be held 11:00 A.M., Monday, April 14, 2014, at Dinwiddie Memorial Park, 7324 Church Road, Petersburg, Va., the Rev. Willis Foster, Rector of St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, Petersburg, eulogist.

Family members and friends are invited to pay final tribute to Mrs. Neal at www.jmwilkersonsince1874.com.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be sent to the St. Stephen's Episcopal Church Building Fund, 228 Halifax Street, Petersburg, Virginia 23803, in memory of Mrs. Clarice Neal.
