Clarine McCoy

The Lord loaned a great and wonderful lady to this world on May 17, 1937, named Clarine McCoy. She departed this earthly home to enter the golden gates of Heaven to be with the Lord on June 7, 2021. Clarine is preceded in death by her parents, James Varney and Elsie Varney, her loving husband of 57 years, James Earl McCoy and her siblings, Jerry, Jimmy, Roscoe, Charles, Willie Jean, Ruth, Christine and Nancy Jane. Clarine was a bookkeeper for Mac's City Parking Lot and McCoy Trucking.
Her passing will be mourned by her four sons, James Junior (Teresa) McCoy of Princeton, NC, Derek (Denise) McCoy of Princeton, NC, Larry Bruce (Lori) McCoy of Princeton, NC and Kirk Moe (Donna) McCoy of Burnwell, KY. Clarine is also survived by her grandchildren, Brandon (Casey) McCoy, Kirk Douglas, her pride and joy, (Ashley) McCoy, Andrew (Logan) McCoy, Grey McCoy, Hannah McCoy and Whitley McCoy; her great grandchildren, Braelyn Hunt, Dallas Hunt and Landon McCoy; sister-in-law, Delphia Bragg; special friend, Mary Thompson and a host of loving family and friends.
Visitation will be from 6 - 9 PM Friday night at R. E. Rogers Funeral Home with special services at 7 PM, with Danny Michaels officiating. Graveside services will be conducted at 11 AM Saturday June 12, 2021, at McCoy Cemetery with Terry Joe Blankenship officiating. Burial will follow with sons and grandsons serving as pallbearers. R.
