Not sure what to say?

I am late in finding this out as I relocated to Florida close to twenty years ago. I worked as an Eligibility Specialist at the Department of Human Services when Ms. Cheedle first came on board. She brought with her a breath of fresh air and humanity. My deep condolences to the family.

I've known her and her Family for many years when they were staying on Dora Drive next to the Costans and down the street from the Bradley. I never had the opportunity to work with her or under her at the Dept. of Human Services. I left before she became the Assistant Director for Child Support Services. Mrs. Curlie Arnold's children were my Mother's God Children (Peggy Douglas). I've known Dwayne Cheadle and his Family for years as well. He use to be my parent's next door neighbor. I use to...

Words can not convey how much this beautiful Christian lady, and her family, meant to me and my family. Our sons grew up together as besties, and she was my bestie. Am on my way back home from an eight year surge of military deployments and am totally heartbroken after stumbling on this news on Facebook. My deepest condolences to the Cheadle and Tarver families. You are in my thoughts and prayers. The world has lost one of its angels, but God has her now in his arms and gentle service.

A classy Lady indeed. As the EDD Manager in Bakersfield during merger and consolidation of EDD Office, she gave me many assignments to help prepare me for a rewarding career with the State Of California. I am forever grateful for her confidence and trust. She will be sorely missed. Rest in Peace Pat.

Pat was a beautiful woman with a kind soul. I
It was an honor to work with, and for her.
She will be greatly missed by all of us who
loved her. My condolences to the family and
prayers for peace.

It was an honor to know and work for such a classy lady. Thank you for the girl talks at the kitchen counter.
