I'm a former neighbor and paper boy of Mrs Lappo, and worked for Mitch one Summer. Clarissa was a very gracious lady, and was always very kind to me. Her passing will be a tragic loss for the Family and the Community of Fruitport. My thoughts and prayers are with the Family. God bless them all.

Want to take a second and send you our sincere, heartfelt condolences. Aunt Clarie was always such a class act, who kept getting prettier as she aged (and was none too shabby to start with) and who also had a great sense of humor to boot ("If you think my driving is bad, you should see me putt"). I'm sure living with Uncle Mitch for all those years didn't hurt her humor either...
As I assume you know, Suzanne and I are in AZ celebrating...
