Not sure what to say?

My son's family lives in Madison WI-I live in Portland. They were visiting Seattle for Spring Break this year (Zach works for Amazon) --

Geoff, Peter, Rick, Leigh, and Alex - I have been writing a letter to your family and will mail a copy to Peter - (with copies) to mail to each of you.

Your mother and father encouraged the spirit in my young girl's heart that touched my life in many ways - I was about 12 when your family moved in across the street on Spruce in Edmonds.

I was started "baby sitting" and getting to know your family --Chris was a beautiful, warm, funny, caring with a big heart for life. Your...

We will continue to enjoy our artwork by Crisse. We feel so blessed. Peace to your family. Jim and Sherry Kirk

My husband and I were privileged to have Chrisse as our next-door neighbor for many years when she moved here after her husband died. She was such a gracious, generous, and talented person. I loved hearing her wonderful stories of her husband, children and grandchildren. She and her family were very fortunate to have one another - what a wonderful person, was Chrisse.
Thank you,God, for sharing Chrisse with us on Earth for so many years.

As I grew up,Crisse and Chet Bennett were close family friends. I remember being fascinated by Crisse's watercolors, especially the paintings of the beach north of Edmonds where we grew up. Crisse was one of my Mom's closest friends and lived nearly across the street from us for awhile in the 50's. I remember visiting at the Bennett home, and what a gracious host she was-she was also a familiar sight at school events at Edmonds High School and the Junior High.

Thanks for having known her.

She was a gracious and caring woman who added to the lives of those she knew Raised, with Chester, the most amazing family She will be missed

A beautiful picture -- just as I remember her for so many years.

I remember sitting on the rock bulkhead above the beach at Wharf street watching Crisse paint a watercolor of the beach scene, the boat launching davit that was there. Her water colors came to life on the canvas as she painted. SHe was an amazing and wonderful woman.
