He was a long time parishioner of St. Francis Catholic Church.
Clark was a life member of the Traverse City Elks Club #323. He formerly served on the Board of Directors of the Traverse City Exchange Club, where he was a long time member. His interests in sports made him a natural for membership in the Trojan Booster Club.
An avid golfer, Clark was very proud to have had a hole-in-one at the age of 75, while on vacation in the south.
As a carpenters son, Clark enjoyed working with his hands and tools, completing various projects around his house.
