Not sure what to say?

Martin:
Sounds like your dad led quite the life! How nice that you'd moved closer to home in the last year of his life. Best wishes to all of you.

Dear Mrs. Coffee, Marty and Jane,

I'm sorry to hear of your loss. Mr Coffee will be missed. I especially remember his humor. He was quite an entertainer for the kids in the neighborhood. We were lucky to grow up in such a fun neighborhood.

Ann

Dear Bess, Marty and Jane,

I was so very sorry when Earlyne called this evening to tell me about Claude. He was always such a thoroughly nice person. I still remember when, back in the fifties, in the old neighborhood, we stood together in our front yard watching the sky for the Echo Satellite to pass over. It was so long ago, but just doesn't seem like almost fifty years.
My sincerest sympathy goes out to you and to your families.

Diane

Mrs. Coffee, Martee and Jane --
I was so sorry to hear about Mr. Coffee -- it takes me back to the old neighborhood thinking about him and you all. And though infrequent, I have so enjoyed visiting "as a grown-up" with you, Mrs. Coffee and with Mr. Coffee. (we especially enjoyed the book about Crozet!) I have such fond memories of his quiet strength. I wish I could be there with you, but know that my thoughts and prayers are with you all.
Love and best regards,
Camille

Mrs. Coffee, I am so saddened by Claude's passing. I remember him with such affection from the time I was very little. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Mrs. Coffee,
My thoughts and prayers are with you, Marty and Jane at this sad time. We loved "Mr. Baloney" and will never forget him or the joy he brought the shy little twins.

Dear Bess,
Our sincere condolences at this difficult time. We will be thinking of you. Sorry we are out of town and unable to attend the funeral.
