Claude Henry Fourroux

I am a fellow member of the Louisville Genealogical Society. Claude was very helpful to us and taught us much about the computer. We enjoyed being in his presence and will miss him.

I would like to offer my respects to the Fourroux family. I recently found out that I was a fifth cousin to Claude. I called him when I found out in January and explained to him who I was. He told me that I had made his day and looked forward to these type of calls. After that initial phone call, we talked several more times. Although I did not know Claude very well, I knew he was a very generous person. I am extremely grateful that I got the chance to meet you and Claude. Thank you for that opportunity. By researching the Fourroux family tree, he brought his extended family together - people that would have never known each other unless he had done this. Claude has given us a sense of history and belonging that we would never have with out him. He will be missed by more people that anyone...

What an honor and priviledge it was to know Mr Fourroux. He touched many hearts at the VA. We will miss him. My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this time of loss.
