Grief can be so hard but our special memories help us to cope.
January 30, 2018
Jay Penn was such a good person, and sweet man. I remember the days of roaming around the Bend Road with him, his sisters, his cousins the Rushing boys, and my brother Beau. We had such fun racing our bikes or motorcycles up and down the hills. True to form Jay was always kind and looked out for you. He could always make you laugh, but he was also a easy target to pick on. I know his big sister Marla will be at the gates of Heaven saying Over here Betty! Just like his sister, The world has...
