Growing up, I have many fond memories of Uncle Claude and only wish we could have lived closer. As one of Doc's namesakes, I shared a wonderful family name with Uncle Claude, who always reminded me of Doc in the pictures Mom had of him. Dr. Claude Workman, Jr. will always be remembered by me and I'm sure many others!

Dr. Workman was such a fine gentleman, who meant so much to my parents. I remember Dad was so excited to find out that they were in the South Pacific at the same time in WWII. Dr. & Mrs. Workman were great friends to my parents - truly representative of the "Great Generation."
