Not sure what to say?

Mr McCain and family, I could not imagine the pain you went through with the loss of your wife, that is until now that I am in the ICU unit with my wife hoping that she survives the night! Thanks to you and your families kindness to be organ donors my wife has made it another 12 years with her heart transplant. This is hard for me to even speak about , as I sit here in her room, but I wanted to say thank you for your sacrifice. I am sorry that this is not written in a more proper way but...

I am so touched by the last 2 comments about the organ donations helping others.
McCain family such a good Christian family.

Family, I know its been a while since the accident. I don't even really know where to begin. My father James Dennis Heffner was the person that recieved Mrs. McCain's liver. Although he has since passed away, I will never be able to express my feelings towards you all as a family for the extra year that we were able to have with my father because of this precious gift. Dr. Walker you and your children and Mrs. Walker especially are my heroes, I guess thats the best way to explain it.

Words can never express how thankful I am for Claudia and her family. It is because of her (being an organ donor), that I am alive today. Thank you Claudia, Thank you.

A friend of your sister - Kathy in Atlanta - who mourns for all of you - having lost my own mother at a young age I know all too well your sorrow.. I to this day cherish the wonderful memories people will continue to share with me of her and her contributions to their lives. Your mother impacted so many - I wish I had known her. with His Love - Linda Wyatt

Dr. McCain & Children: The dictionary has no words for your family's tragic loss...Just try and remember all of the good times of days gone by...there'll be many moments of tears but...

My heart goes out to the entire McCain Family. My mother, Roz, has worked for Spruce and Lucy for many years, and they have become a part of her extended family and therefore mine. I was so saddened to hear of Claudia's passing and keep the entire family in my prayers.

Dear Dr. McCain and family,

Like some long returning comet, the gravity of Claudia's death has pulled us back into the orbit of her memory. Even as a star's fire extinguishes, its force prevails. Well beyond her nuclear family, those of us whose lives were brushed by Claudia's, albeit briefly, were blessed to be part of her ever expanding universe: a galaxy called grace. We mourn her loss with you.

Dear McCain Family, Claudia was a ray of sunshine, her smile would light up a room Christ was seen in her we are praying for you all we were blessed to know her. In Christ Love, Lyn and Lee Young
