Claudia Pfenning

Claudia was my loan officer back in 1995 when I bought my home not too far from her. She was patient, kind, understanding with a great sense of humor helping this first time home buyer navigate the process (even though I worked in the title insurance industry, I still needed lots of hand holding!) and helping me get a grant for my purchase. We stayed in touch at the holidays for many years. She made a lasting impression on me and I have tried to follow her example of working with people. ...
