Read MoreI knew Neal for more than 40 years to his days with the police department and in my office. He was always great to talk to about life, politics and target shooting. He showed great respect for others and was truly dedicated to his family and making the community better. I will miss him greatly.

Neal was a good friend, fishing buddy and fellow car guy. He was a valued member of the Gold Country Street Rods, Slow Trollers fishing club and Sons-In-Retirement. We are fortunatate to have him in our lives and will certainly miss him. Pat & Kate Dilling
