Not sure what to say?

Aunt Claudie,
We all will miss your warmth, love, and cheerfulness, not to mention your great cooking. Thanks for your hospitality during my summer vacations and our Sunday visits at 524 Grefer Avenue. You will missed, but your memory will always bring loving feelings to our hearts and smiles to our faces, those you loved and who loved you.

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. She will be greatly missed. I still have the crocheted clown she made me when I was pregnant for Madison in 2002. Your family is in my prayers.

I know that we all will miss Aunt Claudie. When we were growing up and visited in Harvey, La., we always had a good time. Sometimes it was BBQ chicken and sausage dinner, sometimes it was time to enjoy having some watermelon, and then there were the times of turning the crank to make homemade ice cream, but ALL of the time it was the pleasure of our families just enjoying each other's company sharing stories and playing cards...and since this is Mardi Gras (just this past Tues.), I also...

What a wonderful Christian Claudie was! She was kind and generous and a big help with my children when I lived next-door to her on Dogwood. My sympathy to Susan, Tracy and all of her family. May she rest in peace. Nell Granier

Oh where to,start? Without you I don't know where I'd be today. My mom always said if it wasn't for you she wouldn't have been able to raise me alone and says you're one of the most incredible women she's ever known. You took such good care of me growing up, I was happy to be able to take care of you. I will miss my Christmas goodies, especially your turtles hand made with love. My fondest memories growing up was at your house on Dogwood Drive. We're putting your babies with you. Take good...

May you rest in peace. I will always have fond memories of calling me to "bring my spoon, to come get a taste" of whatever it was that you were cooking. I will never forget the look of complete joy on your face when I would make over whatever dish it was that you cook as if it was heaven in a pot. (lol) Most of the time I did it just to see you smile and to let you know that you were important to me. Thanks for all the scrabble lessons! I am sure you will be waiting for me with the board set...

You will be truly missed. I can remember you calling me and Annie to come over for a taste of what ever you cooked. You would tell us to bring our spoon. We would walk in the house and you would tell us to peek in the pot on the stove. You would always have something smothered down. Thank you for all the taste. I can just see you in heaven going behind Daddy and saying "Look who's hear". lol. Rest in peace.

I will always remember you crocheting in the back room, and cooking over a pot of greens. No more crochet patterns to switch up. PS. Tell Daddy hello for us.

Aunt Claudia you are an insperation to me. I remember fondly your visits to Florida especially when I was younger and we went to the beach... Always keeping you in my heart along with other family members who have gone ahead of you. Enjoy your home with our Saviour...Your neice Lealia
