To his partner and family, may your tears of grief be a testament to your love for this wonderful man. He was a dear friend from the Urantia circle in Santa Cruz in the mid 70's and 80's. I remember him as a deeply caring, supportive, and optimistic person. I haven't seen him in 25 years, but I can still see his face, and hear his voice and laughter. He would also want you to look forward, beyond his passing, to a day when you will rejoin him on the journey. Peace

To the Cambern family
I had the great pleasure of working with Clay at Third Watch for three years. He was always so warm, kind, quick-witted and thoughtful. And so optimistic, always trying to see the good in people. Clay was one of the good guys and he will be missed.
Prayers and blessings from my family to yours,
Scott Williams

Donn. You may not remember me, but a few years back we had a talk that I remember well.
I want to express my condolences to you and your family on what must be a difficult time. Take Care

I'm so sorry to hear that Clay has died. He is an old friend from highschool at Oakwood and I always remember his cheerful and positive presence. I am so glad to know he had a life partner; he was a pioneer in gracefully accepting his gay self and helping his classmates to not think twice about it in the 1970s when things were harder.
I am so sorry for your loss, and ours.
