Clay Henry Clifton, May 10, 1960 - October 30, 2013. There are those among us who hear a voice, most will never hear. They are brilliant and always searching for that moment that is "just right". Not sure what to say?

RIP CLAY!!! YOU WERE MY CLASSMATE AND A GOOD GUY. LOVE YA BRO.

DENNIS C.

Ms. Clifton, Candy and Heidi. I was really shocked to hear that Clay had passed. The boys who grew up together in Maitland were a tight group who shared many memories living adventures there. Clay was always ready and willing to go there. Roman candle and Christmas tree fights were especially crazy and Clay showed me the first large rattlesnake I had ever seen. He also was the first to surf in our neighborhood which greatly influenced both me and my brother Jon. I hope that you all find peace...

You are in my thoughts and prayers Heidi and all of his family.

Father god please accept this most loving soul into Your kingdom, give him the love and rest he deserves. Also, please lay Your healing hands upon his family in this time of sadness. We will miss him greatly. In the name of Jesus. Amen Cousin Jeff

You will be missed.

I was so saddened to hear about the passing of Clay. He was a kind and sweet person to me during the time we knew each other. I know he will be missed dearly. My prayers are with each of you.

I'm so sorry about Clay's sudden passing and will keep you (Mrs. Clifton, Candy, and Heidi) in my thoughts and prayers.

I PRAY THAT THE FAMILY FINDS COMFORT IN GOD OF LOVE AND HOPE. I AM DEARLY SORROW FOR YOUR LOSS.

Clay, you were one of my first friends when I moved to Maitland, and we had a lot of great times growing up there. I just got caught up with you a couple years ago on the phone after all these years, and now you're gone.
I am still kind of reeling about this, and my sincerest condolences go out to Candy, your mother and your wife.
Take care, my friend.
