Not sure what to say?

People may not know this about Clay, but he was a fierce competitor. At least that is how I will remember him. Space Invaders, Astriods, hockey, golf, bowling, crib, you name it! He always seemed to get the better of me. We will compete again someday my friend.

I miss you Uncle.

To Larry and Brenda.
I am very sad to hear that Clay had passed away so suddenly. He was always the friend you could depend on. Very thoughtful of others, often putting them first. Having been friends since grade 8, he leaves a large hole in my heart as he does in all the hearts of those who loved him. I pray that you will find comfort in knowing that he is in the presence of his Lord whom he served faithfully.

For our faithful son.

Mom & Dad

Dear Davis Family: Please accept our sincere sympathy on your great loss. We are experiencing the loss of a true son in Christ. We became close when he was assigned to the Ottawa Booth Centre and he joined us for supper almost every Wednesday evening before going together to Bible Study. And since moving to PG he called us every Wednesday when he knew we would be back from that Study. His call last week was the usual cheerful one. Now we know why the phone didn't ring this week. Clay took his...

It was with great sadness that I heard of Clay's Promotion to Glory. Clay came into my life as a brother in law. He became a friend and pastor over the years. When I called him last year to visit my husband who was dying he did not hesitate to go. It was then that he shared he was leaving Ottawa to go back home to BC. He loved the Lord and now he is at home in eternity. To those of his family may our God sustain you in these difficult days and know that you are in my prayers

To the Davis Family,

In these past few days I share in your grief, the passing of Clay has stirred a deep sense of loss in my heart.

Clay was a faithful follower of God especially in the difficult moments of his life. As a stepfather he showed me how to truly work hard and give your 110% effort in what you do in life. I appreciate and will miss his kind heart towards my fiancé who he always showed respect and love to. She has said in the past few days that the kindness...

We were so sad when we heard the news that Clay had passed
so suddenly. To Clay's family, praying that God will comfort you
and hold you close in your time of grief. We have the assurance
that Clay is safe in the arms of Jesus and free of pain.
WELL DONE MY GOOD AND FAITHFUL SERVANT.

Davis Family,

I am shocked and saddened to hear of Clay's sudden passing. Clay was a great friend, we spent many hours together during our stay in Ottawa. We have some great memories of Clay. He was a faithful Christian man, who loved the Lord and always cared about others.

There were times he would be in a lot of discomfort and you ask him how he was feeling, he would reply, I am fine. don't worry Dan, I'm fine.

The journey at times was challenging, he...
