Stacy and kids, Although Clay and I weren´t really close at USU, he was still an SAE brother, and someone I considered a friend. He always had a great attitude, and I don´t remember ever seeing him without his trademark smile. Very well liked for sure. I never heard anyone say a bad word about Clay. My heart goes out to you. Stacy, My Condolences to you and your family. I recently heard about Clay's condition and am so sorry to hear of his passing. Clay and I worked together at TTM traveling often for corporate and customer meetings. I have many fond memories especially when he visited in FL supporting our customers and trade show events.
