I was so sad to hear about Clay's death. I spent alot of my childhood with the whole family. I have so many wonderful memories. My thoughts and prayers go out to Nancy, Roy, Heather, Allyson and the rest of the family. He was such a kind and friendly guy. He will be greatly missed

I was sad to hear from my daughter Kate Elledge about Clay. I join many, many Park Ridge folks, including my own family (Nesbits) in remembering Clay and all of his family at this time.

I would just like to send my condolences to Clay's family. I hadn't seen him in decades but he's someone I have fond memories of; a kind person that I always liked.

Clay was a good friend and very generous person. And he will be remembered fondly throughout my whole families perspective rest in peace my good friend from the Maffett family! I knew Clay when he was young as I was staying on Siesta Key in the same building he will be remembered fondly!

Clay was as friendly as he was generous. My prayers are with the family.

So sad to hear of Clay's passing. Fond memories of Clay back in the day at Grumps when I first visited Florida on spring break. Clay was always very generous and made sure we all,had a good time. cherish the good times, prayers for his family
