Not sure what to say?

To the family and friends of Charles Smith:

My deepest and sincere condolences. May you find comfort in knowing that others are praying for him and his family at this time. May your fondest memories ease your pain and sorrow and keep his kind spirit in your hearts and minds forever.

Sincerely,

Dixie Krieg

With our deepest sympathy we send our love in the name of music for Charles and his family,
We honor his legacy. The roads he paved, the paths not traveled until trampled under his foot.
Just as a robin sings a master piece to celebrate the morning sun, then believes it lives and dies unheard.
Charles your spirit will always live, and your music will never die, ever.
In loving Memory.

I HAVE BEEN A HUGE FAN OF KOOL & THE GANG SINCE I FIRST HEARD THEM IN1969. I'VE ATTENDED MANY OF THEIR CONCERTS. I ALWAYS ADMIRED THE WAY CLAYDES STAYED IN THE BACKGROUND HOLDING THE GROOVE.HE WILL BE SORELY MISSED. GOD BLESS THE SMITH FAMILY AND THE BAND.

My sincere condolences to family, loved ones and friends.

When I was younger, I called myself a musician an artist and even a writer, but so unaware of how much I had yet to learn! I remember distinctly as if it were yesterday. Any time I was in Charles presence, Charles always treated me as if I was someone special, someone important. We talked about chord scales, progressions, arrangements, and music in...

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome...

We were shocked and sincerely saddened to hear of your Dad's death. We only have good memories of him and your lovely family. Michael remembers your Dad building the skateboard ramp in your driveway for Ahmed,Justin and him to practice on and then taking them out for ice cream. I have fond memories of seeing the boys and you lovely young ladies when we all lived on Turrell Ave. I hope life has treated you well. We send our fondest regards and know that the memory of your fine and devoted...
