Connie and family,
I recently found out about the passing of this dear man of God. I remember being under his teaching at GFBC when first a member there. Please know ,though not living in the area, prayers are stretched across the miles for you all especially during this Holiday season. No one can take his place but prayers of those who knew you and love you I hope can console you in your loss.

Sincerely,

Connie, Greg & families you are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Donna and I are deeply saddened by the news of Dick's passing. I have had the privilege to be called his friend for over twenty years both in banking and sharing Alabama football games. He always had a positive influence on everyone he met. His faith was evident in everything he did. I have truly lost a good friend. Michael Allen

Connie and Family, our hearts are saddened by your loss and our thoughts and prayers are with you.

I am deeply sorry for your loss. May he be remembered for the good and kindness he showed toward all those whose hearts were touched by his generous and giving spirit. God keep those who pass on in his memory because they are precious to him. Psalms 116:15.

I was privileged to work under Dick's leadership when I graduated from college. He was a caring and generous mentor and I have many fond memories of my time at First Alabama. My prayers go out to his family.

I am deeply saddened by loss of Dick. He was an incredible man.. My deepest sympathy for the entire family.
