All too soon it seems our beloved neighbor and friend, Mr. Smart, has been taken from us and to his eternal rest. I have become so used to seeing this dear man outdoors, always busy about caring for his lawn and garden, or hanging Christmas lights during the holidays, or sharing garden vegetables, or looking over his neighborhood from his front porch swing.
