Not sure what to say?

I have just learned about Dr. Yeutter's death. For some time I have had him in my mind so I opened Wikipedia and what a shock to learn that he died March 4 of this year. My name is Emma Mendoza. I think I was Emma Berryman when I met Dr. Yeutter in Bogota, Colombia. He was the Director of the University of Nebraska Mission in Colombia and I was honored to be his secretary in Bogota until the program ended. I kept with his news throughout all these years - what a wonderful human being and...

I was honored to serve under Mr. Yeutter when he was Secretary of Agriculture. He was a good man and a class act

IT WAS AN HONOR TO HAVE SERVED YOU SIR. I PRAY THE FAMILY TAKE COMFORT IN THE LOVING MEMORIES HE CREATED WHILST STILL HERE.MAY HE AWAKEN TO JOYFUL ACTIVITIES.

The MEAT INDUSTRY HALL OF FAME had the great honor of inducting him into the Hall just a few short weeks ago. His personal and public accomplishments were phenomenal. He is an industry giant who will be sorely missed

A man loved and respected, who led an exemplary life of service.

Clayton was a wonderful person who treated all with respect. A great leader and public servant. Was privileged to work for him in the Washington office of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

I am saddened to hear about Mr. Yeutter. He was my Ag Economics professor at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln during the early 1960's and was so outstanding. I kept in touch for a few years after college and always admired his integrity and love for our Ag economy. May God bless you all at this very sad time.

Dear Van, Shelley and Yeutter family:

We are very saddened to hear of your dad's passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family.

Clayton Yeutter was the best boss a political appointee could ever have, and certainly the very best boss I have ever had. Brilliant, committed, supportive and ethical. He inspired me to do my best and give my all.
