We looked forward to visiting with Darlene the past few years when we brought Communion to her at home. She attended daily Mass at St James for at least 50 years and provided a ride for friends who could no longer walk there. She was certain that the teaspoon of vinegar that she drank every morning was one of the reasons she lived so long. She will be missed.
