I worked with Korky for about two and a half years at UTD. He was in the hiring panel whenever I started my job at the school with no experience. Korky believed in me and decided to give me a chance when no one else would. He was always there for support when I needed it and never hesitated to lend a hand when I was unsure of something. Korky was an amazing mentor and taught me so much over my time with him. I'm keeping Korky's family in my thoughts during this hard time. May he rest in peace.

Korky has been a great mentor to me. He believed in me, always pushing me to do better and encouraging me to do well. His positive words will always stay with me. He was the best and first mentor I could ever ask for. May he rest in peace.

I worked with Korky for 15 years. We were a team and we became as close as brothers. My memories are too many to post here. Brilliant in so many ways. A friendship I will cherish forever. Our paths drifted apart as we moved and followed different career paths. He loved his family and was so proud of all their accomplishments.
