I would like to offer my condolences, prayers and sympathy to the Family. Mr. Ruiz was my Driver's Ed Teacher. Very nice person and good Teacher. He'd be proud to know I've been driving since 1986 and I have not gotten one ticket. Rest in Peace Sir.
