I rember Cleo from our church and going to WCHS together in our early years. My prayers are with Frankie and his sister as well as anyone else who was lucky enough to have known her.

I remember Cleo from my childhood visits to my grandparents (Ernest and Ethel Rudacille) house. We'd see her at church and she always had a beautiful smile. Sending prayers and condolences for the family.
