Growing up in Titusville and having a neighbor that became family was a blessing. You were always ready for a conversation about anything, a wealth of knowledge and a positive person. Mr. Vann will truly be missed. I have known him all my life within our church family. Joshua 24:15 says but as for me and my house we will serve the Lord. His strong commitment to family and church was always present. We loved him so much. May his soul rest in peace and may his spirit forever be present within our hearts.
