Cletus you will be truly missed! You touched so many with your personality and authentic ways...I am greatful to have known you, and we shared so many fond memories. I just learned of your passing last night and my heart is heavy,but I know you are at peace....

I met Cletus working for world class catering he left there and I followed him he started in his tiny kitchen and from there he evolved into a great chef and mentor I am truly shocked and saddened he will always be remembered as my friend

Cletus, Thank you for your smile, conversation, and embrassing my family with great food, fond memories and such laughter. You will be truly missed by the entire Caesar family and always remembered for your kindness and beautiful heart. My family and I adored you.
