Joe was our neighbor growing up, and one of my dad's best friends, Eleanor was one of my Mom's best friends. They don't make neighbor like them anymore. Every one looked out for each other. Joe will truly be missed. May God accept his soul in heaven and give Eleanor, Zedrick,Terrence and the rest of the family Peace and Understanding.
