Francine,
I am so sorry to hear about Cleveland. I only got to meet him once but that's all it took to understand why you loved him so much. The two of you spent many years together and you have lots of wonderful memories. My heart goes out to you and his children.

To the Family,
I worked for Cleveland at Scott Paper and
found him to be a very likeable and
standup fellow who was dedicated to his
work and to his company.
He often spoke lovingly of his children
and took great pride in the strides that
they were making in their lives.
I had lost touch with him and so was
greatly saddened to hear of his passing.
You, his family, have my condolences.

Cleveland worked in my group at Scott Paper for many years. He was willful, stubborn, highly opinionated, innovative, and dedicated to his work and family. Above all, he was a loyal friend and a GREAT worker . I was proud to have known him and to had him in my group. I'm very saddened by his passing; you have my condolences.

Cleveland, Brian, Terrence and Daphne, I had lost track of your family. I am very sorry to hear of your Dad's passing.
I was your first babysitter when you lived in Cleveland, Ohio. My name is Winifred Taylor West. Everyone called me Winnie. Your Dad was a great person. He always met you with a smile... Almost like he knew something you did not know. Blessings to all of you and your families. In God's love. Winifred R. Taylor West.

Daphne,Brian and Cleveland,
What memories I have of your dad showing up at OHHS for a football game or track meet. He always would greet me with a handshake and a smile. I pray that God will hold you close in this time of loss.

I will never forget that smile, always had a smile, gentle and kind, mild mannered and soft spoken and always a gentlemen. I loved how he would "light up" when Francine came into the room. They were each others everything. It was a pleasure getting to know Cleveland the past few years. Memories I will cherish. I will remember him as - True class right to the end.
