Mr. Cliff Edward Shoemaker, 36, passed away Thursday, October 30, 2014 at Woltz Hospice Home. Cliff was born March 6, 1978 in Surry County to Toni Phillips Sisk and the late Danny Edward Shoemaker.
In addition to his father, Cliff was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jim and Eurlene Shoemaker and Bill and Jettie Phillips. He is survived by his mother; his daughter, Cayley Shoemaker; his brother, Blake Shoemaker; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A funeral service will be conducted Sunday, November 2, 2014 at 2:00PM at Gentry Funeral Service Chapel in Yadkinville with Rev. Robbie Sipes officiating. Burial will follow in Boonville Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 6:00 to 8:00PM at Gentry Funeral Service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Woltz Hospice Home 945 Zephyr Road Dobson, NC 27017.
The family wishes to thank the staff of Woltz Hospice Home for all the love, care, and support shown to Cliff and his family during this difficult time.

I went to see Cliff today I did not know he had passed away. The Staff at the Hospice home was wonderful to me.
Sam and I care deeply for the entire family and are holding you all up in prayer.
We are better people having the honor to know Cliff and the entire family. May God Keep you All Safe and Warm in His Love.
