Not sure what to say?

We are truly grateful and appreciative for Cliff´s dedication and commitment to the Flint community in which he served as a police officer. RIP. Sincerely, Genesee County Law Enforcement Memorial Committee

Alicia and family,
Cliff was the best of men and a good friend. So many memories....working together, building our house, but the one that always brings a smile is remembering Greg and Cliff shooting the Christmas ornaments off the livingroom tree with the BB gun after a bit too much liquid celebration! Much love and sympathy for your loss. Greg and Bethany Gibson

Sgt. Cliff Ames,

You will always be remembered with deep respect and honor. Sgt. Ames was our training sergeant at the Flint Police Regional Training Academy, the class of October 1977. I looked up to him as a mentor, friend, and a great role model. Thank you for your service...you were the exception.
With all of our gratitude. Bruce and Brian Sepanak

To CLiffs family; Sorry for your lost. Sgt.Ames was my outstanding training officer at the FLint Police Academy in 1975. Plus both our fathers were brick masons. I lost my wife on 3/17/08 so I have an idea of what you are going through. My thoughs and prayers are with you all. Respectfully submited Al Wehrli.

All of Cliff's friends will miss him, but he will live in all of our hearts. Dave and I have many memories of the wonderful times we have spent with Alicia and Cliff.

Cliff was top rate in all He done.Sorry to hear of the loss..

Cliff, you were the best training officer I had, I'm not quite sure how we wound up in Fife Lake, you have a great Sister and I know you will certainly be missed by many.
