A nicer man cannot be found. Cliff took my son under his wing as his TVLL coach back in the nineties and they remained great friends right up until his untimely passing, Cliff would never call him by his real name but rather by a knickname Ciff had coined' Big Country It still sticks with him to this day. Cliff always made sure to work with the lesser skilled players on his team, ensuring they would have equal opportunities to play. As a result, we may have lost a few games we could have...

I'm so very sorry to hear that Cliff passed away. I will always remember our families getting together on the baseball field, or dinners just celebrating our lives in Danville. Jeannie you and the family will be in my prayers.
