Dear Josephine and family,
Please accept our heartfelt condolences. Cliff and josephine were my neighbor since 1974, you are the nicest people I have ever met in my life. Every time I pass the house on Porter St. I always think of the two of you. I miss you very much. I never got to say good-by when you moved.
