I was so sorry to hear of Cliff's passing. He and I were in the navy together. We were stationed aboard the USS George E davis DE 357 -(1953-1954). When I was going to school in Los angeles, I would drive up to SLO to visit Cliff. When I got married he sent us a nice wedding gitft (47 yrs ago). We are now liiving Moraga CA. Cliff was a true friend. Lots of fun and full of life. Many fond memories.

Don: We were so sorry to hear of of the loss of Clifford. You shared the life of a very special man. We will all miss him. We wish we could have been at his memorial and are sorry we had to miss it.

We were so sorry to learn about Clifford's passing. We first met him more than 50 years ago when we went into Marshall's to look for an engagement ring. He made us feel that he was our friend from the very beginning. We will miss him and all that he has done for our community.

Our hearts go out to you at this time and in the days ahead.

Such a tremendous loss for all, what a wonderful man and a friend to so many.
