Not sure what to say?

Clifford H Fisher was Headmaster of Beverley boys school New Malden during the 1960s he introduced Rugby as the main sport and would scour the playground during breaks looking for boys whose shoes were not polished

I applied for a post at his school as rookie teacher in 1961 and stillhave two letters from him offering me a post which were exemplary. I sadly didn't take him up on the offer. It is clear I missed a wonderful opportunity.

You had a great impact on me and you inspired me to reach further rest well Sir.

A great inspiration

Glad Chip made it to 92. He ran a secondary modern school with public school ambitions - and produced some excellent results as a consequence.

We never had a school football team, only rugby. That is inspired leadership. 74-79.

An absolute legend... installed such incredible belief in so many to reach higher & then watch with immense pride goals they each achieved ... RIP Sir... it was a honour.. '78-'84

Thank you for sir for being a powerful and respected guide throughly time at Beverley. 1978-1983 Ian Humphreys

Mr Fisher was a legend... he made you feel proud to be part of the school, and turned us into a sports superpower on land and water. Christopher Dent 1977-83 Beverlonian

Noel Jones Remember him well, fine chap. I told him I'd found one of his paintings of a snowy Richmond Park in Kingston Oxfam for £15 and he said Well done, it's worth £100 now! Grand fella. Rest in Peace Sir.
