Dear Hanson Family,
Cliff and I were fellow classmates of the June, 1952 class of Lakewood High School. While in the 10th grade I talked Cliff into joining our cross country team. He not only joined the team for the next two years, he became one of the stars of the team. I spent those two years trying to keep up with him but was not successful. We spent a great two years not only running around the track but also running around as friends. I don't have to tell anyone that he was a great...

Miklo I know your father was a great man because you yourself are the most giving person. Your friend Mez

We were so very sorry to hear about Cliff. Our 4 sons were thrilled when they got to the high school soccer team to hear their names introduced in his special way. A favorite memory is when he taught pre-school soccer and our youngest called him "Mr. Handsome" and Cliff absolutely refused to let us correct him. He will be missed.

To the Hanson Family.
So sorry to hear about Cliff.I worked with him for many years, and he was such a class act, always with a ready smile.
Please accept my deepest condolences for a true GENTLE MAN !

To the Hanson Family; I was honored to work with your father Cliff at IBM for 10 Years, and truly valued his guidance, support and help during our careers. We shared great moments together at the Rocky River Rec. Center years after our parting from IBM, reliving the good times. He always treated me with respect, and valued my opinion on numerous topics. I will miss him greatly.

Dear Holly, Mike, & Scott

On behalf of the entire IBM-OPD Team, of the 60's, 70's, and early 1980's, let me add our condolences to Cliffy's kids who we once heard so much about. He was part of our family too during the those long days. We all share in your sorrow and want you to know that our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. With each passing day the sorrow of your Dad's death will be replaced with happy memories of those days when he was part of our...

"Mr. H" was a fantastic neighbor and friend on Colahan Drive. Our two young sons always looked forward to seeing Cliff driving down the street frantically waving, smiling and saying hello. He always had words of encouragement for the boys. He will be missed. Rest in peace, Cliff
