Clifford was born on March 21, 1945 and passed away on Thursday, February 28, 2019. Clifford was a resident of Brockton, Massachusetts at the time of passing. He was a proud U.S. Navy veteran of the Vietnam War, having served two tours of duty. All are welcome to calling hours Mon., March 5th at 9:30 a.m. for his procession to the VA National Cemetery, Bourne for an 11:30 a.m. committal.
